Operated by Belfast Harbour under a Landlord-Tenant framework agreement with Titanic Quarter Limited, Titanic Quarter a 185-acre site in the Harbour Estate on the banks of the River Lagan. It has already started to transform ex-shipping land into a new mixed use maritime quarter in the city.

OLYMPIC HOUSE
Situated in the heart of Titanic Quarter, the recently completed Olympic House is a co-development between Titanic Quarter Ltd and Belfast Harbour. The office development, which is due to be completed in May 2022 boasts an impressive 146,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation. Like City Quays at the other side of the channel, the development has been designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ sustainability accreditation.
