CBRE Appointed To Manage New Belfast Harbour Studios
Belfast Harbour has appointed Property Agent CBRE to provide management services for Belfast’s newest film studio, located at Giant’s Park, Belfast.
The £20m studio project built on an 8 acre site, comprises 125,000 square feet of studios, accompanying workshops and production offices.
CBRE will work closely alongside Belfast Harbour to provide best in class management service with an occupier focus. The film studio is currently being let by Warner Horizon Television to shoot Superman prequel, KRYPTON.
