BELFAST HARBOUR COMMISSIONERS WELCOMES NEW BELFAST CITY COUNCILLORS TO BOARD

Belfast Harbour Commissioners has welcomed the appointment of four new Belfast City Councillors to its Board.

Cllrs Jenna Maghie, Ronan McLaughlin, Ryan Murphy, and Nicola Verner will be serving as Non-Executive Councillor Members from August 1st, 2024, for a maximum of four years.

The appointment was announced today by Infrastructure Minister John O’Dowd.

Chair of Belfast Harbour Commissioners Dr Theresa Donaldson said: “It is my pleasure to welcome our new colleagues to Belfast Harbour Commissioners. Councillors bring unique experience and perspectives to the Board, as well as a deep understanding of the City and connection to its people.  These particular skills are of real value to us as we build on past achievements while looking to the key challenges and opportunities ahead.”
